Your data stays where it belongs
- A club's data stays with the club.
- Members, applications and files stay with the club that collected them. Nothing is sold.
- University-only stays at the university.
- Profiles, clubs and events stay at your university unless someone makes them public.
- You choose which emails you get.
- Choose which club and campus emails you get; account mail always arrives.
- University selection and verification are separate.
- You choose your university. Uninexus staff manually review the evidence you submit for optional student-status verification; there is no automatic connection to university student records.
Questions
Uninexus is a web app where university student clubs run their work and students find them. Committees keep their roster, applications, forms, tasks, events and books in one place; students browse their university's clubs, apply and register for events. It is free, in Turkish and English.
Members, applications, form responses, tasks and event registrations share one club workspace, with roles deciding who can change what. A new committee can continue with the same records. Form responses can be exported as CSV.
Yes, when the club is public. Your own university is your home campus, and a club that makes itself public is open to students from every university: you can apply with its form and register for its events. Other clubs stay visible only at their own university.
Yes. Uninexus is currently free for students and student clubs; the free account plan lets you own one club at a time. Clubs also have usage limits such as membership and storage limits. Membership fees, ticket payments and sponsorship payments are not processed through Uninexus.
Yes. The whole product works in Turkish and in English, including this page. You can switch the language on this page, and inside the app under Settings, where the choice also sets the language of the emails Uninexus sends you.
